 RX Continuous Improvement Manager RX 持續(xù)發(fā)展經(jīng)理 一名Description:1 Develop a continuous improvement culture in order to improve performances and generate cost saving program1.1 Implement relevant benchmarking at Asia and worldwide level and sharing of the best practices for all activities i.e. supply chain, manufacturing, quality, IT, maintenance1.2 Implement the Essilor Operations System and related CI tools ( lean initiative , Kaisen, 6 sigma 5S, etc)1.3 Develop culture of employee empowerment to encourage innovation and improvement action for their areas2 Animate the CHLOE lean initiative program2.1 Participate to the building period of the new Essilor Operations System, and coach, develop teams. Train teams in accordance with an ambitious training program developed at Group level2.2 Ensure deployment of this breakthrough program. Lead specific workshop in CHLOE in order to create changes and improvements on the floor2.3 Organize different periodic reviews with all concerned persons in order to follow up the progress2.4 Make sure results are properly consolidated, communicated and commented at all levels
Requirements:1 Significant knowledge of continuous improvement tools with proven successful implementation2 Significant manufacturing experience at manager level in China (>5 years) 3 Able to deal with diverse people at any level of the organization 4 Excellent interpersonal skills including interest for people development5 Must demonstrate a passion for achieving results6 Action oriented and hands one approach7.High proficiency in Chinese and English both speaking and writing
