   Job Deｓcriptions:
· Assistant CHLOE production manager to reach the overall performance of production operations;
· Realize effective and efficient use of maintenance and personnel as well as conformance to schedules and budgets.
· Actively sustain EHS rule in the workshops at all times.
·Accelerate improvement actions and projects in Production (internal/external) by close coordination and clear directions.  
·Develop the skills of direct reports and ensure succession plan.
·Relief of production manager during absentism.
·Advocate the continuous improvement in the Production Department.
 
Job Requirements
:
·University degree or above 
·Good command of oral English 
·Good command of computer skill (excel) 
·Minimum 5 year working experience in the manufacturing
