職位描述:
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Develop and validate new bioanalytical methods, and conduct bioanalytical sample assay
2.Repair (or isolate/identify problems) instruments, and train junior to use LC/MS/MS
3.Review data and write analytical reports
4.Comply with all relevant GLP regulations for GLP works
5.May supervise an Associate Scientist and provide tech help to juniors
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1.Basic knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic aspects of preclinical and clinical drug development programs.
2.A few years of bioanalytical work experience with using LC/MS/MS.
3.Understanding of liquid chromatography for separation of drug-like compounds.
4.Familiar with biological sample preparation processes, such as protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and SPE.
5.Hands-on experience of using analytical lab instruments including pH meter, centrifuge, vertexes, homogenizer, pipette, etc.
6.Good communication skills in English (level 6 or above).
Experience & Education:
1.MS in analytical chemistry or pharmaceutical or equivalent plus of a few years of bioanalytical work experience (GLP working experience is preferred).
2.Good team player and accountability
