崗位職責(zé)
1、Gather and evaluate complaints about medical products of Dr?ger from Greater China market
2、Coordinate, request, evaluate cause analysis and technical explanation from manufacturer
3、Provide possible information requested by customer and S&S organization
4、Final review and close individual complaints
5、Report to responsible local authority according to regulatory guidelines
6、Support manufacturer on the decision of reporting to CA by providing sufficient field failure information
7、Coodination and communication for the annouced TSB / advisory notice in S&S organization
8、Coordination of measures for announced safety-relevant quality problems
9、Determination of measures and supervision of their implementation. Initiate and coordinate recall actions and other specific activities
10、Support active market vigilance in Greater China for Draeger products affected by ECRI Reports
11、Support of external and internal audits as well as implementation of correction actions
任職條件
1、Engineering degree or economics degree with technical background or similar knowledge
2、At least 3 years general work experience and 1 year professional job experience
3、Experience on development, quality management, product management or Regulatory Affairs of medical technology is preferred
4、Basic knowledge on medical products of Dr?ger Medical and their application
5、Knowledge of overall quality management system
Good command of English
