Expected Areas of Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1.Manage the team to ensure the scheduled production is completed timely according to GMP and EHS regulation to meet the needs of customers; coordinate the relationship between internal and external to ensure smooth production activities; Continuously optimize the production process to reduce  cost; Establish people development and training plan; Draw up  department budget  of expanse （headcount & production） and control the production operation according to the budget
管理所屬團(tuán)隊(duì)，按照GMP和EHS等法規(guī)要求，完成生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃以滿足市場(chǎng)需求；協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和外部之間的關(guān)系以保證生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)順利的進(jìn)行；持續(xù)優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程降低生產(chǎn)成本：建立培訓(xùn)和人員發(fā)展計(jì)劃；編制部門年度預(yù)算（人員和生產(chǎn)費(fèi)用）并根據(jù)此預(yù)算控制生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。
Experiences Desired 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1.5 years or above relative experience of management in medicine production
5年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Familiar with the related equipment and processes  of pharmaceutical preparations
熟悉藥廠制劑生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)設(shè)備和工藝
3.Familiar with the Drug Administration Law of PRC and the Chinese GMP
熟悉中華人民共和國(guó)藥品法和中國(guó)GMP
Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)資格，含語(yǔ)言能力
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmacy or Chemistry
本科以上學(xué)歷，藥學(xué)或化學(xué)專業(yè)
2.Have an excellent ability to listen, speak, read and write in both English and Chinese
具有良好的中英文聽說(shuō)讀寫能力
Skills & Ability Desired  必要的技能和能力
1.Ability of leadership of people and production management
具備人員和生產(chǎn)管理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力
2.Ability to use MS Office
具備使用辦公室軟件的能力
3.Ability of effective communication
