Description:
Perform routine lab duties with minimal supervision. Participate/assist in the design and execution of non-routine experiments. Perform all work in conformance with applicable safety and cGMP regulations. The scope of responsibility is primarily within the laboratory environment and immediate discipline.


Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Initiate and complete routine lab duties in an efficient manner with minimal supervision; Daily activities included but not limited to analytical method development, structure elucidation, analytical testing, lab management, 5S activities, and etc.
？ Assist in the execution of non-routine experiments and procedures with supervision.
？ Operate and responsible for lab equipment following instructions or SOPs independently or with minimal supervision.
？ Document test records and write other related reports/documents as required
？ Communicate the project progress and lab results in verbal and written forms effectively; demonstrate the ability to correctly analyze and interpret outcome of experiments with supervision.
？ Understands and applies basic scientific principles, technology to correctly analyses and interprets outcome of experiments with guidance.
？ Understands appropriate regulations and legal requirements as well as BI policies and procedures as relevant to core job.
？ Operate under cGMP guidelines in a highly compliant environment when needed
？ Comply with and maintain high EHS compliance.


Requirements:
？ M.S./B.S. in analytical chemistry or relevant fields.
？ Entry level Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years’ experience working experience in analytical chemistry or relevant fields.
？ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
？ Solid experience in analytical testing.
？ Solid knowledge of analytical techniques and basic theory.
？ Demonstrated ability to comply with applicable regulations and perform all work in a safe manner.
？ Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
？ Good English writing and reading skill.
