Responsibilities/Duties:
? To design, implement and test software and produce documentation required to meet the needs of the business and quality and regulatory requirements.
? Hand on analysis and development of software for projects
? To keep up to date with software development techniques and technologies appropriate to the company’s products.
? Be responsible for configuration management.


Technical Knowledge and Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering with a software focus, or similar related field.
? 3+ years solid experience in software design, debug, unit testing, preferably in ‘C’ and/or ‘C++’.
? Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems
? Familia with OSI model, experienced in TCP/IP based application.
? Familia with HIS/LIS/CIS, experienced in the development of HL7 and relevant communication protocol.
? Sufficient knowledge and skill in software engineering documentation procedures, algorithms and SW project management, with the ability to rapidly master SMZ internal procedures and methods.
? Knowledge of SOPs, GMP/FDA/ISO 9001, etc., principles and skill in integrating into software design engineering discipline.
? Beneficial: safety related software background.
? Beneficial : Medical Devices background, experience of ISO 13485, IEC62304
? Beneficial: SW configuration management experience
? Good communication skill (Mandarin & English) and team work.
