KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Perform as Finance Business Partner for GRA in providing financial and controlling expertise to assist in operational decision making including
-Put good control on these units in internal and external cost. Monitor China on month-end cost and HC Closing.
- Timely deliver monthly P&L analysis and publish performance dashboard with good quality for unit leader financial review.
-Proactively own unit yearly forecast and budgeting process, in charge of the unit target pass-down, timeline design, and reconciliation process, deliver unit financial package for top management review.
-Strong interactions and coordination with Global Finance teams.
2. Manage and act as Finance business partner at regional level including
-Build budget, Trends and consolidation for R&D perimeter including analysis and comments in line with R&D and Corporate financial procedure
-Control and follow-up of actual and prepare monthly closing data
-Coordinate with local experts to solve issues representing R&D Finance
-Coordinate system related projects transversally
3. Internal Control/Compliance
-Work as a key member of R&D Internal audit workgroup.
-Be an active member of the Compliance network with Pharma, providing compliance cost related to R&D to compliance committee on quarterly basis and conduct necessary analysis
-NDA disclosure on required global clinical study FDA submission with good data accuracy. Strive to improve the process more effectively
-Standardize and align reporting and analysis process. Provide necessary training, updates and support, to local R&D organization and AP partners
-Seek for performance improvements through internal process optimization.

Requirements
Education:
University education and major in Accounting / Economic/ Business or relevant
Experience & knowledge:
Working experiences in financial controlling related positions in multinational company
Core competencies:
1. Strong communication skills, business partnering mindset, quick learner in a changing environment
2. Be proactive, mature, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good presentation skills
4. Efficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and financial system, SAP (CO Module) preferred
5. Good communication in oral and written English
