1.Be responsible for the development of site Operational Excellence strategy and plan, as well as OE/CI culture promotion for the SASS site
  負(fù)責(zé)制定SASS工廠卓越營(yíng)運(yùn)的戰(zhàn)略和推廣計(jì)劃, 提升工廠OE/CI文化發(fā)展
2.Act as site PMO lead, responsible for site big project chartering, progress follow up and drive execution, regular meeting with HQ and global counter part to update project status as site contact window, exchange ideas and share best cases.
   擔(dān)任工廠項(xiàng)目管理辦公室的leader, 負(fù)責(zé)重大項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃書的制訂, 進(jìn)度跟蹤,加強(qiáng)執(zhí)行, 同時(shí)定期與總部和全球兄弟工廠保持溝通, 引進(jìn)/分享好的案例
3.Create Value Stream Mapping for the site, identify and recommend improvement opportunities through working togrther with each BU
   繪制價(jià)值流圖, 通過(guò)與各部門合作, 識(shí)別并推薦改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)
4.Lead or support the various site BU’s and functions in identifying OE and CI initiatives to improve performance. Track and support site CI initiatives.
   領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或支持各部門的OE及CI活動(dòng)從而提高績(jī)效，跟蹤并支持公司的CI活動(dòng)
5.Define site training plan and provide consultation and training on Lean and Six Sigma.
   制訂工廠精益六西格瑪培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，并有效及時(shí)地提供培訓(xùn)和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展中的咨詢
6.Participate in projects at key stages to ensure compliance with BMS GMP and QA standards
  參與項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵階段的審核并確保符合BMS GMP and QA的要求
7.Site contact for BMS global CI meeting or forum, and support product robustness initiatives such as mornitoring plan, dada analysis and improvement plan.
   作為工廠聯(lián)系窗口, 參與BMS全球CI會(huì)議,論壇, 及支持產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)健性項(xiàng)目, 包括跟蹤計(jì)劃的制定、數(shù)據(jù)分析以及改進(jìn)建議
8.Development of the Continuous Improvement Culture (C.I.) :
  CI文化的發(fā)展
   8.1 Plans the actions required to develop a OE/CI culture which is aligned with the Management Committee. and coordinates the promotion of a CI culture within BU’s/Functions.
        制定發(fā)展OE/CI文化計(jì)劃并與管理層保持一致，同時(shí)在各部門間協(xié)調(diào)加強(qiáng)CI文化
   8.2 Identifies training needs and propose a training plan tailored to meet the needs of the CI program.
        根據(jù)CI項(xiàng)目的要求，確認(rèn)培訓(xùn)需求并定制培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃去滿足CI項(xiàng)目的需求
   8.3 Develops the CI skills of project managers and their teams by bringing them to acknowledged levels. Organizes the actions of tailored CI training, drive them if necessary.
        發(fā)展項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及他們團(tuán)隊(duì)的CI技能使之達(dá)到一個(gè)被認(rèn)可的程度，組織并實(shí)施定制化CI培訓(xùn)當(dāng)被需要的時(shí)候
   8.4 Provides the necessary interface between global CI and product robustness organizations and the SASS site. Communicates with various BMS site representatives to optimize the CI 
         concept and development of new tools.
        提供必要的聯(lián)通全球CI，產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)健組織及SASS，與不同地區(qū)的BMS的代表溝通以優(yōu)化CI概念和新工具的發(fā)展
   8.5 Develop and rive a CI Committee and assure a reporting of projects both locally and to US (update of CI Portfolio)
        發(fā)展CI委員會(huì)，并同時(shí)向本地及美國(guó)做出正確及一致的項(xiàng)目匯報(bào)（更新CI Portfolio）
9.Supervision of continuous improvement projects :
   監(jiān)管持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目 
   9.1 Ensures the smooth functioning of the OE/CI programs within the various BU’s and Functions, with proper lean six sigma tools.
        確保各部門的OE/CI項(xiàng)目使用正確的精益6西格瑪工具得到正常實(shí)施
   9.2 Defines annually in Management Committee through the selection of evaluated major projects for the Agent sites in compliance with the agreed budget and which requires the 
        implementation of the appropriate tools
         確定年度所需根據(jù)針對(duì)主要項(xiàng)目的評(píng)估在預(yù)算之內(nèi)，包括實(shí)施所需的適當(dāng)工具
    9.3 Provides consolidated action plans by monitoring progress of project through the various stage-gates. 
         在不同的階段提供綜合行動(dòng)方案，監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況
    9.4 Manages the startup of the project teams, assists the project managers, advises and provide supports to project groups to ensure compliance with the CI methodologies.
         管理項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)小組，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，提供咨詢和支持以項(xiàng)目組遵循CI方法
    9.5 Works with project groups and provides reinforcement if necessary by acting as a coach to help teams integrate the CI initiatives.
         與項(xiàng)目組協(xié)作，當(dāng)有需要的時(shí)候做為指導(dǎo)者提供強(qiáng)化的行動(dòng)或方法去幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)完成CI整合
    9.6 Set goals for improvement in collaboration with the project teams and management committee. Defines indicators and requirements in statistical tools. Performs an assessment of the 
         progress of the projects and communicates the analysis results.
         設(shè)定提高項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)和管理層合作的目標(biāo)明確指標(biāo)和相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)工具，執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目過(guò)程評(píng)估并溝通評(píng)估結(jié)果

二、Experiences Desired  相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
1.2-3 years experience of project management in pharmaceutical, food or related industry.
  2～3年在醫(yī)藥，食品或相關(guān)行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Experience of OE/CI methods and tools (Lean Six Sigma)  
  具備OE/ CI的方法和精益六西格瑪工具的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
三、Educational/Knowledge Desired (including professional qualifications & language proficiency)
必要的學(xué)歷和專業(yè)資格，含語(yǔ)言能力
1.Bechalor degree or above, major in  Science, Engineering, Pharmacy etc.
  大學(xué)本科或以上，科學(xué)，工程，藥學(xué)等專業(yè)
2.Knowledge of procedures and operating models related to its activity
  具備職責(zé)相關(guān)活動(dòng)所應(yīng)采取的流程和操作方法
3.Knowledge of project management, master the methods and tools of project management

4.Have an excellent ability to listen, speak, read and write in both English and Chinese
