崗位職責(zé)：
iCSM = initiation Clinical Site Manager
SSU = Site Start Up
主要負(fù)責(zé)臨床試驗(yàn)前項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)的相關(guān)工作，準(zhǔn)備倫理和機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)文件。
有CRA,SSU或者CRC工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
至少1年CRA或者SSU工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
或2年CRC工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

*Proactivelykeepmanagerinformedaboutworkprogressandanyissues(includingconflictingprioritiesandfreecapacity)
*MaintainaworkingknowledgeofandensurecompliancewithapplicableICH-GCPGuidelines,internationalandlocalregulations,PAREXELSOPs,otherPAREXELtrainingrequirements,andstudyspecificproceduresandtraining
*Ensureexcellentunderstandingofprojectscope,milestones,budgets,andtimecodesandstriveforhighquality,timely,andefficientdelivery
*UpdateallappropriateClinicalTrialManagementsystems(CTMS)asindicatedperfunctiononanongoingbasisandsubmitallrelevantdocumentstocentralfilespertheCentralFileMaintenancePlan
