Key Responsibilities

1. Draft and implement the URS for the new project utilities includes steam, powder, water, chiller, HVAC and waste water treatment etc.

2. Review design for the building and utilities system

3. Coordinate related permits application

4. Coordinate utilities installation activities include schedule control, quality, cost and safety ,

5. Prepare protocol and lead FAT, IQ and OQ proposal

6. Lead commissioning of utilities

7. Develop SOP and provide training to related shareholder etc.

8. Support start up

Qualifications

1、 Good understanding of GMP requirement

2、 Degree or Diploma in engineering, manufacturing or science or equivalent

3、 Minimum 5 years experience, of which at list with 3 years is in GMP environment related to food, nutritional or pharmaceutical manufacturing

4、 Minimum 2 years of project management working experience on utilities system installation, commissioning etc

5、 Understand the utilities design concept and operation principle.

6、 Start Up experience is a plus
