職位描述

1) Support new product launch in China to ensure the target is met;
2) Organize monthly S&Op meeting with marketing, sales, partners to align rolling forecast and targets, review performance and actions for forecast accuracy improvement and inventory control;
3) Maintain good relationship & enhance the trust with local partners to ensure monthly forecast and purchase activity is conducted as planned smoothly;
4) Manage customs process and cold chain logistics with importer & logistic partner;
5) Manage and continuously improve the IDO (inventory days outstanding), stock accuracy and safety, ESO & write off;
6) Perform timely data uploading to system (SAP, OMP etc.) and alignment with plant / MP to ensure local intelligence (rolling forecast, artwork changes due to regulatory update, purchase order etc.) is correctly captured at global / local level for production and supply;
7) Work together with importer, RA & other stakeholders closely to ensure import drug test is conducted and completed smoothly within a reasonable timing;
8) Support MKT, GA, MA team and local partners to collect customs & supply chain related documents for various market access activities, incl. IDL change, NPI, hospital listing, bidding etc.
