職位描述
1. Responsible for contractor management to complete the electric equipment installation and acceptance; 負(fù)責(zé)管理承包商完成電氣設(shè)備的安裝與驗收；
2. As the owner, support project leader to control the project safety, schedule, cost and quality in project construction, and propose solutions in case of target lost
作為業(yè)主，協(xié)助項目主管控制項目施工的安全，進(jìn)度，成本和質(zhì)量，并在超出目標(biāo)的情況下提出解決方案
3. Leads, empowers and instructs suppliers and coordinates internal/external end-users/stakeholders in the Select, Define, Develop, Implement, Launch and Closing phase of the project steps
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、授權(quán)和指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商，并在項目步驟的選擇、定義、開發(fā)、實(shí)施、啟動和結(jié)束階段協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部/外部最終用戶/利益相關(guān)者
4.In charge of management and acceptance the electric related document.
負(fù)責(zé)電氣相關(guān)文檔的管理與驗收
5. Communicates and convinces on all levels in the organization internal and external suppliers
與公司內(nèi)部人員和外部供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)溝通
6. Supporting the CAPEX projects on the automation side by anticipating any impact on automation given by the project
在自動化方面支持項目CAPEX，通過預(yù)測掌握項目自動化的影響
7. Review the design drawings and coordinate with designer to implement the user need in design.
對設(shè)計圖紙進(jìn)行審核同時負(fù)責(zé)與與設(shè)計師協(xié)調(diào)以保證設(shè)計內(nèi)容如實(shí)反映用戶需求。
任職要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical & electrical or electric automation engineering電氣自動化或相關(guān)工程專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2.Minimum 8 years relative working experience in MNC, electric project management and construction experience; 8年以上跨國公司經(jīng)歷，電氣項目管理或施工工作經(jīng)驗;
3.Familiar with state, local and industry design standard and regulations in the field of electrical. 熟悉電氣領(lǐng)域國家，地方及行業(yè)設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范；
4.Building monitor system installation or maintenance experience; BMS安裝或維護(hù)經(jīng)驗;
5.Contractor management experience; 承包商管理經(jīng)驗；
6.Master power supply and distribution technology 熟悉供配電技術(shù);
7.Familiar with electric project construction process and acceptance regulations 熟悉電氣項目的施工流程與驗收規(guī)范；
8. Good English communication skill (written and verbal)，Excellent communication skill，Good team coordinato，Project management knowledge 良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力，優(yōu)異的溝通和表達(dá)能力，團(tuán)隊合作精神，項目管理知識
