BASIC FUCTIONS
Aggregate and analyze demand requirements (requirements / forecast is jointly owned by Sales and Marketing), generate purchasing order and rolling forecast to suppliers include inter-companies or external suppliers. Ensure the manufactory plan is well planned in accordance with customer needs. Manage product inventory levels and urgent purchase orders to maximize profitability while ensuring world class response times to customers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1、In charge of monthly rolling sales forecast by close and frequent interactive communication with distributors ,marketing and sales .
2、Participate in monthly demand and supply meeting with suppliers, to confirm the supply feedback and solution of shortage
3、Instrument stock management and allocation according to the distributors’ demand forecast and priority.
4、Monthly MRP process running ,PO release and tracking the goods supply, review the demand/supply with suppliers monthly,
5、Timely SAP/DMS Master data maintain
6、Track inventory availability to ship, coordination of stock shortage.
7、Improve the process to achieve the operation target include inventory turn over ,order backlog and on time delivery etc.
8、Daily KPI report
9、Coordinate with suppliers to collect the information required by CFDA.
10、Continuously improve the team performance .

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
University graduate or above with minimum three years experience in similar role: Demanding planning, Inventory Control, Procurement, Master Scheduling, Forecasting. Good English and well computer literate MS-Office etc. High positive attitude and tactful communication skill, strong S&OP handling background and good SAP experience is plus.
