職位描述

工作職責(zé):

1. Representing customer interface and order fulfillment function toward internal and external customers

2. Order to Cash management activities, order processing, order fulfillment tracing till to final delivery; ensure all documentation and order processing to be arranged timely and accurately- SAP operation & monitoring the whole SAP processing

3. Coordinate with internal department to ensure customer order OTD; regular basis Customer satisfaction Survey ，

4. Continue to improve customer experience

5. Responsible for feedback customer complaints and Suggestions； 

6. Strong initiative to follow up customer inquiries and quotation; Assisting international sales in customer maintenance, customer order signing and shipping arrangement , follow up internal process to ensure delivery on time 

7. Responsible for filling out the related reports and ensuring the quality of the reports

8. Any other task delegated by the line manager accountabilities

任職資格:

a) Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and mature

b) Soft skills

c) Professional knowledge about Customer service 、order fulfillment management experience、international trade ,international sales assistance experience could be a plus 

d) Knowledge of SAP

e) Good at MS office
