Key Responsibilities
Profitability
·Achieve account renewal and extension targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment
· Achieve gross profit targets for the specified book of accounts and industry segment
Account Growth
· Lead all aspects of 365 day engagement for assigned clients to increase utilisation, client satisfaction, timely renewals and profitable growth.
· Service Quality. Track service quality and project implementation against promised standards to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
· Resolve concerns. Manage client issues and concerns with service delivery to restore customer satisfaction and maintain client retention.
· Quarterly Reviews. Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to demonstrate value, return on prevention and return on investment from our solutions.
· Relationships. Grow a network and build relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders within the client organisation.
· Advice. Establish credibility as a customer champion and business partner by providing value added medical, security and risk mitigation advice.
Market Intelligence
· Industry. Follow the trends, issues, and changes in the industry segment to identify new demand for International SOS products and sales opportunities.
· Competitors. Monitor and communicate competitor activity to Marketing and management.
· Customers. Develop an understanding of the characteristics, unique needs, buying behaviour, and decision-making attributes of organisations in his/her [Industry Segment] and/or [Country]
Required WorkExperience
Minimum5 years’ experience in anAccount Management role with gross profit responsibility. Proven track recordin account renewals, extension and growth required.
DirectB2B solution/consultative selling experience to outbound Chinese companies and foreigncompanies in China, especially with the BFS or Energy or EPC industry vertical focuspreferred.
AccountManagement experience in the China required / preferred.
Exposureto working in a cross-border engagement sales environment an advantage.
RequiredQualifications
Educatedto University levelTrainingin Salesforce CRM an advantage
Abilityto communicate in English and Chinese fluently, (oral andwritten) is required. Occasionaltravel within China
