Requirements:? Assist TA manager to build first class talent pipelines directly linked to key roles/critical skills in AZ China and ensuring a successful conversion of talent pool into hires when required.? Assist with gathering and presenting market information/intelligence on talent as required.? Assist in conducting talent mapping projects as required.? Assist in tracking various recruiting activities and system usage.? Assist in organizing candidate interviews and other relevant admin work. Mandatory: ? 2+ years of working experience in talent acquisition/sourcing.? Fluent user of Microsoft office suites. Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.? Oral and written English fluency required.? Strong communicator with ability to work with various stakeholders internally and externally.? Display a pro-active, tenacious and innovative approach to find talent by demonstrating a solid experience in sourcing and screening of high-caliber talents.Desirable:? Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.? Demonstrated experience in talent mapping and market intelligence gathering.
